We have lived here for 7 years now and it has been a home where some really amazing memories have been made. 

Now as parents to a beautiful little girl it is a lovely family home and the location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk away from our local park where we can enjoy everything that is to offer including a working farm. 

We are located close to a wide selection of local shops with Resorts World, Birmingham airport, Solihull town and motorway access just a ten minute drive away and twenty minutes away from Birmingham City Centre. 

We have benefited from a home with plenty of space both inside and out with the potential for any future owner to add a sizeable extension to the property. 

During lockdown we were incredibly lucky to be able to take full advantage of our very generous sized garden where we have enjoyed many a BBQ and the beautiful British weather.

As our family continues to grow we feel it is now time for us to move on, but we are sure that the new owners will be extremely happy here and make a home where even more happy memories are made
